We will build strength, create speed, agility and also help prevent injury all while most importantly building confidence. SPORTS PERFORMANCE | BOYS & GIRLS 13-20 Designed to enhance performance in athletes through training that focuses on speed, agility, endurance, and strength. This type of training will also help to reduce the risk of injury. Micro groups (semi-personal training), one-on-one trainings and team trainings also available.
